Hello, I am Tirth Patel.
Currently Working as Section Officer (Class 2; Gazetted) at Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar... I got inducted in Gujarat Secretariat Services after clearing GPSC Civil Services exam in 1st attempt. It's a non transferable post with fast promotional avenues up to Additional Secretary to Govt. Of Gujarat, the intermediate destinations being Under Secretary (Class 1), Deputy Secretary (IAS-allied) and Joint Secretary(IAS-allied).
(Also, please note that I am not a member of Central civil service or All India Service (AIS) like IPS/IFS etc as indicated partly in my profile. I had to select that option because the dropbox here doesn't give the option to select State Civil Service which I am part of.)
But, my service isn't the only thing that defines me. I read, I watch movies, listen to quality music, like good food, go out to travel sometimes and above all, I write poems, poetry is the thing that gives me catharsis..So Yeah, like some of my friends, one can address me as 'kavi'.
Personally, people say I am a caring person, good at heart and can be a little bit childish at times but handle things in a mature way..Well, isn't that who we have to be? Never let the child in us die and yet use our all above human intelligence and smartness to handle demanding situations in a mature way but not let them get into our head...
Family wise, I am blessed with a wonderful family. My father who has imbibed me with virtue of simplicity is a retired accounting officer from GEB. My mother who has blessed me with everlasting faith in God is a retired teacher.
About marriage, I believe it's a union, a union of souls, a union of shared emotions, a union of shared dreams, a union of families, a union of accommodating natures, a union of shared friendship, a union of shared philosophies and above all, a union of kind hearts...
My son was born in India. He is working with DHL Express Supply Chain Industry. He is caring down to earth guy. He likes to travel a lot and playing sports. He loves his family members including extended family also. We are looking for a family oriented girl who is willing to relocate after getting married.
